2012 Theme:
"Cub Cruise!"
Hey, Cubs! Get ready to set sail this summer! Our 2012 theme is "Cub Cruise: Anchored in Christ." We will "cruise" through the pages of God's Word to see how God navigates His people safely through the waters of life.
The journey of our Christian faith begins in the waters of Baptism, and no matter where the seas of life carry us, our faith is always anchored in Christ, the Son of God, who died for us and rose again. With Jesus we are sure to reach the shores of heaven!
At Cub Week we will see how God brought His children through rough waters and kept His people safe. Water adventures may include Noah and the ark, Paul's missionary journeys. and many more. By the end of the week it is our prayer that our "Cub Cruise" will show Cubs how God can keep their faith "anchored in Christ" and guide them safely through the waters of life to their home in heaven.
