Deb's Meatloaf

Meatloaf Ingredients

2 lb. Fareway's hamburger
1 lg. chopped sweet onion in blender
1 tsp dry mustard
1 egg
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 shy cup ketchup
1 cup oatmeal
Lawry's Salt, peper, and parsley

For Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
4 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Mix meatloaf ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9 x 9 baking dish with the lid on. Mix topping and then put the topping on top of the meatloaf and bake 15 more minutes, lid off.

Topping
Bring to a boil and pour on top of meatloaf: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup ketchup, and 4 tsp dry mustard.
