Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
4 T melted butter
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 t salt 1t. curry powder (optional)
Directions
Mix and pour over chicken. (Sometimes I cut it into strips.) Bake in 375 oven for 1 hr. Turn after 1/2 hr. (Sometimes I do it in the frying pan and it doesn't take as long.) We like to eat it with rice or potatoes.
